I really loved the idea behind the design of the SYMFONISK speaker + light combination by IKEA but I was not convinced with the design. Because of this I did not buy the light and ask myself the question: ‘How does the light must look like before I would purchase it?’ This question resulted in this personal project and It took two weeks to complete. The main focus of the project was not the technical aspect of the design but purely focus on the shapes and proportions of the product as the original product shows that the technique is possible
